All orders placed during our pre-sale period are made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing and fulfillment before your order is shipped.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

- International: 7–14 business days (varies by location)

Order Updates & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
